Kaltura Video Resource is a way to add multimedia content to your Moodle course. The single resource will allow you to add:

  • Videos
  • Audio
  • Create your own Screen Capture

Managing video content in Moodle

All Kaltura content that you have created or used in any of your Moodle courses is located in “My Media” in the sidebar.  When you are in a specific course, you will see “Media Gallery” listed in the side menu as well, it only contains the content for the particular course you are currently in and does not allow for the addition of videos to the course except for new Media Uploads or Video Quiz or existing media from your My Media.  All other addition of content should be done as a Kaltura Video Resource from within the course (see below) or in “My Media.”
