Service Desk

In addition to help desk phone support, an ITS staffed service desk called the Tech Lounge provides support in the lower level of Pardee Hall. This space will serve as a public face of ITS and a place where the campus community can go to get quick help, one-on-one consultation, and other support services. Tech Lounge hours are Mon-Thur 12-8pm, Friday 12-5pm and Sun 4-8pm.
