- Open PowerPoint.
- Create or locate a slide that has a bulleted list.
- Click on the [Animations] tab on the ribbon (top of screen).
To begin creating your presentation: Click Start and select Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. PowerPoint will open with a title slide format.
When using a Mac to create a PowerPoint presentation that will be displayed on a PC (e.g., in a smart classroom), images should be inserted as files using PowerPoint menu choices. Copying and pasting or dragging and dropping an image will cause problems when displaying the presentation on a PC. Dragging and dropping an image uses QuickTime compression, which is not supported on the Windows version of PowerPoint.
The default print option for PowerPoint is to print one slide per page. By making some changes in the print dialog you can print multiple slides per page, slides with your presentation notes, or a text-only outline of the presentation.
