Starting Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, our Help Desk partner, Netrix, will begin using ServiceNow, a new platform for managing technical support requests.

Changes to Help Desk Email Notifications

Beginning on this date, the email notifications you receive about your request will:

  • Come from a new email address: netrix@service-now.com
  • Have a new appearance.
    • Please note that though the “View Incident” button is present, you will not be able to view your tickets in ServiceNow at this time.
