We Can Help

ITS is here to help. We’re your campus IT experts, providing a broad range of support services to keep you connected and productive.

Communities of Practice

A community of practice is designed to bring together like-minded people who are interested in enhancing their skills and knowledge. It serves as a dynamic platform for exchanging ideas, experiences, and best practices, facilitating both personal and professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Planning an event?

Technology-Enhanced Spaces

ITS maintains over 200 technology-enhanced spaces across campus. These rooms are equipped with presentation tools that are used in a variety of ways to enhance teaching and learning.

Guest access to the network and smart classroom computers

If a guest requires network access or use of a smart classroom computer, a College sponsor should use the Guest Account Creation Utility to create a temporary login for the guest. These logins are valid for 72 hours from the time they are created.

Room reservations

All reservable space on campus is managed through the Scheduling Office. To reserve space for an event, contact the Scheduling Office at reserve@lafayette.edu or (610) 330-5077, or visit their reservation webpage.

Working Groups

Working Groups are collaborative teams formed to address specific issues, objectives, or projects within the academic institution. These groups bring together faculty, staff, administrators, and sometimes students, who combine their expertise and perspectives to develop solutions, recommendations, or strategic initiatives.
