Getting Started with DocuSign

What is DocuSign?

DocuSign simplifies your signing workflow. Upload, send, and collect electronic signatures in minutes. Your recipients can sign on the go from any device, while you track progress and send automated reminders in real-time. It’s secure, encrypted, and audit-ready. Documents go out; signatures come back.

How do I access DocuSign?

All faculty, staff, and students have access to basic signing services. To access the service, navigate to docusign.lafayette.edu, enter your Lafayette email address, click [Continue], and you will be redirected to Lafayette Single Sign-On to log into the service.

If you are a DocuSign Admin, you may see a similar but slightly different screen. Enter your Lafayette email address, and instead of selecting [Continue],  click on the blue [Use Company Login] button to be redirected to Sign-On.

What is a DocuSign envelope?

In DocuSign, an envelope is the digital container used to send documents to recipients.
