DocuSign is an eSignature service that enables you to securely sign, send, and manage documents from all of your devices

All faculty, staff, and students have access to basic signing services. To access the service, simply navigate to docusign.lafayette.edu, enter your Lafayette email address, click Continue, and you will be redirected to Lafayette Single Sign-On to log into the service.

If you are a DocuSign Admin: You may see a similar but slightly different screen. Enter your Lafayette email address and instead of selecting the Continue box you will have to click on a blue button that says “Use Company Login” to be redirected to Sign-On.

What is Docusign?

DocuSign creates a way to easily upload and send documents for electronic signatures. Recipients of a document will get an email they can quickly access and sign all documents requiring a signature. Recipients will be able to sign anywhere from any device. When logged into DocuSign, creators of the document can readily check a document’s status and send reminders. Encryption and an audit trail keep every document safe. Documents go out, signatures come back.

I cannot create or share envelopes

Envelope creation and sharing is not enabled by default. To be granted access, please contact the Help Desk and a member of ITS can assist you.
