The Tech Lounge, located in 104 Skillman Library, provides walk-in support or scheduled one on one consultation for the campus community. Virtual support by our trained student staff is available through the chat service during the Tech Lounge's hours of operation.

The Tech Lounge staff provides support and instruction on most IT services including software, network connectivity, email and virus/spam remediation.

Tech Lounge hours during the Fall and Spring semesters are:

  • Monday-Thursday, 12 – 7 p.m.
  • Friday, 12 – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, 4 – 7 p.m.

The Tech Lounge is closed during semester breaks.
