Current and Former Students, Alumni and Employees: Banner Self-Service uses your Lafayette NetID and password used for other campus systems (Moodle, Directory, etc). If you have forgotten your password, need to set up or change your alternate email address for password resets, or need to change your password, visit password.lafayette.edu.

Former Employees: If you were previously accessing Banner Self-Service using an L-Number and PIN, you need to request a Lafayette NetID by contacting the Help Desk at help@lafayette.edu or (610) 330-5501.  Be sure to provide your contact information (email and phone number) so an ITS staff member can follow up with your credentials.
