Getting Help with Qualtrics

Need additional support? As part of the Lafayette service agreement with Qualtrics the Lafayette community has access to Qualtrics Support through the Customer Success Hub. To access the Customer Service Hub, navigate to the Help button or the waffle menu found in the upper right corner of the screen when you are logged in to Qualtrics with your Lafayette NetID.

Clicking Customer Success Hub will direct you to a login page where you will select Lafayette College to enter the Customer Success Hub. Here, you can begin a ticket directly with Qualtrics support or strengthen your Qualtrics skills with trainings and documentation.
