The Qualtrics software offers useful help documentation. You can access Qualtrics Support by clicking the Help button found in the top right corner of the screen when you are logged in to Qualtrics. Help is available from Qualtrics via email, chat or phone.
Qualtrics Support will direct you to a log in page if you choose the Contact Support option where you will need to click “Sign in with SSO”.
You will be asked for your Organization ID, enter lafayettec and sign in with your Lafayette NetID and password.
