Check Banner Self-Service to ensure the course is listed.
If the course is listed in Banner Self-Service and not in Moodle, wait one day for Banner and Moodle to sync. If it still doesn’t show in Moodle the following day, contact the Help Desk at email@example.com.
If the course is not listed in Banner Self-Service, contact your department head/program chair to ensure the Registrar lists you as the instructor of record in Banner.
